My Blessings

This past week has been such a great week for me. Doug has had a little more time away from school and the now that we have hit November the days are cooling off here in Florida! This means that we have more time outside and at the park.

I have been reminded of my many blessings these past few days. . .especially my kids. Brooke now snorts while she laughs and is always so happy. She is crawling all over the house and enjoys leaning up again the couch to get in her daily squats. Her hair is getting longer and redder by the day and she now has a whopping 4 teeth (two bottom middles, and her two top sides...she looks like a hillbilly with her top middle teeth missing!) She loves Doug and will yell louder and louder if he doesn't come and pick her up right when he walks in the door.

I asked Dallin yesterday what his sister's name was and he said "Brookee". When I asked if he had any brothers he said "Yes!" I was a little taken back and paused just long enough for him to say "Jesus, mommy". I am constantly amazed at how smart he is and how much he is learning. He loves going to nursery now and it always seems to be his turn to pray. I hope that he will always remember that Jesus is his brother and that it will always continue to be "mines turn" to pray. I could listen to his prayers all day.
